Not much to say about this strip except for the fact that I'm perfectly aware that my position is somewhat naive.
On the other hand, cynicism and sarcasm have permeated politics to such an extent that it isn't funny anymore. Except when Steve Conley has a go at it, of course.

Much to my surprise, I enjoy drawing Beansprout a lot. Given his lack of facial features, I get to play with light and shade which is loads of fun.
One of the main reasons why I started this strip nearly a year ago was to get into some kind of drawing groove. On some days, I can almost feel it happening.
