I actually have plenty of things to thank Jim Davis aside from some of my quirky humor (yes, there are times when Garfield's humor is quirky, even unique). Perhaps I will get into that some other time.
Another significant influence on this strip has been mentioned early on. Garfield's owner has made a previous appearance here.
The gradual shift from one face to the other was hard to do and I don't think I quite pulled it off. But it was fun to draw Jon Arbuckle again.
