You hopefully don't know the state of hyper-caffeination this strip is based on. This is what it feels like:
Everybody else seems to have been placed in the world just to slow you down and impede your progress. This planet'd be much easier to live on without all the people.
Then the caffeine buzz subsedes... and you revert to one of the people placed in the world specifically to slow down somebody else.
In my sketchbook, this was a five-panel strip. For obvious reasons, that is impossible. Ah, the joys of self-imposed constraints.
I ended up merging two panels into one and losing the original punch line. (Don't ask. The world's off better without it.)
